I found an old mandate passport of one Chaim Weiss whom I do not know otherwise. Turns out he was an electrician living in Tel Aviv. The passport was produced in Jerusalem.
Chaim was not married.
And this is what an ordinary ID card looked like.
It belonged to some Mordechai Kushnir.
